Making a Lot of Money = Bad Work. The Equation Almost Nobody Talks About
Make lots of money => financial independence => financial freedom => get rich => become a millionaire.
Sometimes I wondered why, then, so few people manage to accumulate wealth without inheritance or corresponding family history.
Now I understand. Because the path to one’s own wealth is, above all, a path of renunciation. Sacrificing the present for a better future.
If you want to accumulate wealth, you need knowledge, passion, and perseverance. You need to focus on your human capital, and your personal finances, and make some money investments.
You cannot achieve excellence in any field without knowledge, passion, and perseverance. It doesn’t matter if you are an athlete, an artist, a scientist, or an everyday office career.
If you want to achieve something, you need to do it without the pleasure of the now.
Great athletes in the NFL and NBA have renounced childhood. These athletes train several times a week. Many of them fail. Some become world champions.
