I am about to move to Düsseldorf, Germany, and I tried to understand the money mindset of the city’s locals.

Understanding the money mindset of the people closest to you and deciding between buying or renting are the two most important money decisions. I tell all this in this article.

Besides, I am wondering why in industrialized countries, including Germany — there are people who are not financially free.

Perhaps the main reasons why most people cannot achieve financial freedom can be summarized in five points.

1 — The Opportunity to Have More Than One Income Stream Never Occurs

Work is work. Income streams are income streams.

I see too many people working two jobs to make ends meet. Most don’t want scalable income. They don’t understand. Well I understand, they want quick money.

Ordinary people grow up in an environment where they hardly find people scaling their own things. In the family, at school, and in social life, there is no one who enjoys financial prosperity from whom one can draw inspiration and acquire the necessary knowledge.
